Mr. Brahim Zaim has been a jurist for over four decades. He holds a Master of Law Degree from Mohamed V University, Swissi. Rabat, Morocco and a Magistrate Certificate from the National Institute of Judiciary Studies (Currently Hight Judicial Institute) in Rabat. Mr. Zaim was a recipient of the Hubert H. Humphrey award at the University of Minnesota in 2003-2004. He was also awarded the E-Teacher- ESP for Law Certificate from the Nashville State Community College. Mr. Zaims main interest is in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) such as Mediation, Conciliation, Negotiation and Arbitration. Mr. Zaim is a member of the International Fiscal Association and has attended to several conferences and congresses overseas in relation with tax matters, he is also a member of the International Association of Tax Judges (IATJ) created recently. Mr Zaim is author and co-author of several books and articles on different specialized subjects.
